Do I pay both onboarding and subscription fees?

Yes. Onboarding is the one-time implementation fee. The subscription covers platform access and monthly operation.

What is the minimum term?

Launch and Growth have an initial minimum term of three months. After that, a customer may cancel on 30 days' notice unless the Order Form says otherwise.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Minutes and messages reset each billing cycle and are not rolled over or refunded.

Does the website require immediate payment?

No. Submitting a request creates no payment obligation. REVENZA confirms scope and sends a separate Order Form or invoice before collecting payment.
