Who we are

This website and the REVENZA product are operated by JTH Epoch Holdings LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, USA, with a mailing address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

JTH Epoch Holdings LLC decides why and how personal information on this site is handled. For anything in this notice, write to info@revenza.jthepochholdings.com.

What is handled in your browser

Your currency choice is stored locally in your browser to preserve the display preference. Assessment answers exist only on the page for that session and are not sent to us.

You can remove the currency preference by clearing this site's browser data.

What you send us on purpose

The consultation form collects your name, your business name, your email address, your role, and the stage where your customer conversations stop. Nothing else is collected, and no field is hidden.

Submissions are processed on Hostinger infrastructure and delivered by SMTP to info@revenza.jthepochholdings.com. The website does not retain form content in a public-facing database.

You receive an automatic confirmation email in the language you were reading, sent from info@revenza.jthepochholdings.com. It repeats what you sent and tells you what happens next. Replies go to info@revenza.jthepochholdings.com, where a person reads them.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you want to continue, to prepare a consultation. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Live Demo data

Live Demo is a real AI conversation. Only after you affirmatively check the consent box and press start are your voice or typed messages, transcript, AI responses, IP address and technical session data transmitted to ElevenLabs to operate the conversation.

ElevenLabs is REVENZA's voice-conversation processor. Audio saving is disabled for the demo agent. Transcripts and conversation data are retained for no longer than 30 days and then deleted under the agent settings. Data may be processed outside Vietnam.

Do not enter health, financial, government-ID, trade-secret or third-party personal data. You may withdraw by ending the session; withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred. Send access or deletion requests to info@revenza.jthepochholdings.com.

Live Demo is for people aged 18 or over and creates no real booking, payment, contract or outbound message.

What our host records automatically

Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Other than Live Demo data described separately above, there is no advertising tracker, cross-site tracking pixel, behavioural session recorder or third-party analytics service connected to this site. We do not use cookies to profile you.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

We do not use your enquiry to train any model.

We do not collect health information, payment card numbers or government identifiers through this website. If your enquiry concerns a clinic, please do not send patient information to us by email.

How long we keep it

Consultation enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, and then deleted. If we enter into an agreement with your business, records related to that agreement are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. We will do it unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

Write to info@revenza.jthepochholdings.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to tell us to stop contacting you. We aim to answer within 30 days.

You do not need an account to use this site, and you can read every page, run every demonstration and complete the assessment without giving us any contact details at all.

Security and breach notification

We use hosting and email services that encrypt data in transit, and we limit access to enquiry data to people who need it to reply to you.

No system is perfect. If personal identifying information is exposed in a security breach, JTH Epoch Holdings LLC will notify affected individuals as required by Wyoming law (Wyo. Stat. §§ 40-12-501 through 40-12-509).

Where your information goes

JTH Epoch Holdings LLC is a United States company. Data may be processed in the United States or another country where Hostinger, ElevenLabs or our email provider operates infrastructure. Transfers are limited to providing the website, the conversation and a response to your enquiry.

The Vietnamese edition of this site exists so that Vietnamese-speaking customers can read it in their own language. It does not change who operates the site or which law governs it.

We nonetheless respect Vietnamese personal data protection rules for people who contact us from Vietnam: we ask for your consent before using your details, we collect only what we need to reply, and we will act on a request to access, correct or delete your information sent to the address above.

Children

This site sells to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version here before it takes effect.
